Another New Beginning is the twenty-first issue of the series, and the first issue of season 3.
Plot[]
Samus sees Oveur on her ship, who says "All your base are belong to us". Oveur then says that he feels like saying "Zooky boogy doog", causing the bomb from The Demented Cartoon Movie to appear and cause an explosion, but the ship remains unharmed. Samus says that she senses a disturbance in the Force, and that a child is trapped in a well. Suddenly, a magical beam (fired by a character from Stick World) hits the ship. There is suddenly a panel that says "Joe Schmoe for President!" and shows a man with a "cheesy politician smile", before going back to the regular issue for some random reason. The ship crashes on Aether from the magical beam.

- The bomb and the phrase "Zooky boogy doog" are references to The Demented Cartoon Movie.
