The format of T3H Metroid Galaxy is usually that of a 12 panel comic, with the panels roughly one-and-a-half inches wide and one inch tall. There are always two columns, usually of six panels each. The comic is read left to right. A few issues have "extra-large" or "extra-tall" panels, which are the width or height of two panels, respectively. Also, one issue had a "extra-huge" panel, which was the height and width of two panels. The first and last rows of the series had four smaller panels as well. All issues are one page, front only, except for the series finale, which is ten pages, front only. The "sequel", T3H Metroid Galaxy 2, is twelve pages, front only. A copyright disclaimer, called "T3H disclaimer", appears at the end of every issue, however, in order to maintain the comic's humor, the disclaimer often includes non-copyrighted elements or phrases. The disclaimer of the original series finale as well as T3H Metroid Galaxy 2 and Issue 100 are both in the form of movie credits.
